Mr. Minh is not only a senior legal practictioner and counsel but a businessman and an investor at heart with more than 30 years of law, business and investment consulting, counseling and management practice in Vietnam. He is a frequent lecturer, speaker and writer on Vietnamese laws
Mr. Minh is admitted to Hanoi Bar Association and a member of the Vietnam Bar Federation. He is also a Member of the Executive Committee of the Vietnam Intellectual Property Association (VIPA), the Vietnam Independent Directors Association (VNIDA), a Member of the Global Committee of the Global Intellectual Property Alliance (GLIPA), an arbitrator of the Hanoi International Arbitration Center and a visiting lecturer of the Lawyer Training Department and the Center of Training Lawyers for International Integration of the Vietnam Judiciary Academy. He is regularly invited to be a member of the law enaction appraisal committees for reviewing, commenting and drafting new laws and regulations of Vietnam.
